If you’ve ever ordered promotional products, you are familiar with the standard 1-color imprint. It’s the most simple and common imprint type across the board, and it serves it’s purpose at times, but at Blezoo we like to jump off of the bandwagon and create promotional products that are truly unique.
How can you accomplish truly unique promotional products? With DESIGN of course!
You can stand out from the crowd by implementing these 3 design & imprint techniques.
P.S. Blezoo’s in-house design team can help you get started!
1. Step & Repeat Patterns
Turning your logo (or part of your logo) into a step & repeat pattern is the easiest way to add variety and depth to your brand, in exchange for a small amount of effort. With so many products now offering all-over, edge-to-edge printing, you can take advantage of that real estate with a dynamic step & repeat design.
2. Tone-on-Tone
Tone-on-tone refers to printing color on top of the same or very similar color (i.e. the same “tone”). Because the tone-on-tone method lacks contrast, the effect is subtle and simple. And in the wise words of Coco Chanel, “Simplicity is the keynote of all true elegance.”
3. Word Clouds & Quotes
Whether it’s your company values, a famous quote, tagline, etc., every company or organization has words or phrases that represent them. With promotional products as your canvas, a piece of art can be created just by rearranging words in a visually captivating way.
